Starting to Get Organized... A Bit

Last night Ted worked steadily to get the dishwasher up and running! Wwwooooooo-hhhhooooo!!!!!!

I tried to follow suit by getting the pantry in a bit of a working order. Most importantly I set my tea collection into an organized fashion!


The living room and inside play area work for now and will probably warrant more attention when we sit down long enough to come up with a plan for furnishings and all that jazz. For now, it functions so we are thrilled!

We began sorting through some boxes/totes in the office on Wednesday. We made a lot of headway, but there is still a ways to go. Much of the collection comes from my (Jess') wandering 20's. Many moves = many boxes of STUFF. There will be a significant liquidation process in the months ahead. Hey, something to keep us busy on snow days!

This weekend we will be on the go a bit, but have high hopes for what we can accomplish in our 'home' time.

Around the middle of the week, we also sent out our sketch for the garage and home addition to Kuhn's Bros. The engineer we are working with has responded with many detailed follow up items. We hope to get an estimate in the weeks ahead, which will allow us to fine tune a game plan for our construction goals.
