Hookie

 

It has really been interesting for us as we travel the journey of expecting our second child. First, because of the move, the busyness, the family adventures and the business ventures. All this, and the main event seems to have almost crept up on us. Before the BEAR, the bassinet was prominently centered in the middle of the room, the baby clothes washed and stacked, baking done, salsa canned for the season. This time, I feel comfortable saying we are not as 'ready' for our little monster as we are READY :)

 

He is currently 'overdue' and the members of our household are more than a little eager to see his squishy little face.

 

To distract from our waiting, we decided to play a little hookie this weekend.

 

Here are some shots from our adventures in the West Woods which happily joins the outdoor features of Hocking Hills without the four hour drive!

 

The BEAR had a blast, and as you can tell, was quite wiped by the time we returned to the car.
